Dionysian Josts (Dio)
Dio graduated from Western Michigan University with an MA in Occupational Therapy and looks to further his degree in years to come. During his education, his personal focus was on complex trauma, mental health, and pediatrics. Dio has had a variety of educational and professional experiences previously such as at the WMU Children’s Trauma Assessment Center during his undergraduate internship, in the public school systems, with individuals who had experienced neurological and orthopedic incidents, supporting immigrants and refugees who had experienced complex trauma, and at the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital with adults experiencing a variety of conditions. Through these experiences, Dio has had the pleasure of being a part of the lives of a variety of children and adults, who come from all walks of life. He has always strived to help those he serves to live their lives to the fullest. When not supporting children and families, Dio enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, playing with his German shepherd, playing his drums, listening to music, exploring the outdoors, meditating, exercising, and continuing to better his life personally and professionally through endless learning.
