Krissy Baker
Krissy Baker (she/her) is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of IL. She received her Bachelors of Arts in acting from DePaul University and her Masters of Science degree from Rush University Medical Center. During her twelve year clinical career Krissy has served clients in a variety of settings with multiple diagnoses and severity levels and has a passion for neurodiversity-affirming treatment practices both in the therapy room, via teletherapy, and in the community. Krissy has been serving toddlers, children, preteens, teens and adults in direct treatment across modalities including independent clinical locations for many years. She enjoys sharing her performance skills as well as love of storytelling and collaborative adventuring with her own children at home and understands that all individuals learn best through role play, trial and error, and self-motivation. Krissy spends her free time with her two children, cats, dogs, and chickens in the Oak Park area.
